The upcoming Meat Profit Day in Hamilton will provide insights and motivation to beef and sheepmeat producers in the district and present innovative ways to improve productivity.

With a theme of ‘2025: ready or not?’, the Hamilton Meat Profit Day will be held at Hamilton Showgrounds on Wednesday, 19 February 2014.

Keynote speakers include Peter Knoblanche, General Manager of Rural Australia for Rabobank, Isobel Knight, RIRDC Rural Women’s Award New South Wales winner and national runner-up, and Sam Bailey, a farmer from northern NSW who still runs his property after a car accident at the age of 19 left him a quadriplegic.

Module sessions will be on the topics of market outlook, technology and genetics, and farm economics and ownership.
