Day 4 took delegates to the Eastern Cape, the birthplace of the Dohne Merino breed!
What a special opportunity to visit the region where the Dohne story began, meet passionate breeders and see the breed thriving in its homeland.
A wonderful showcase of South African Dohne genetics, with Tweeddale Dohnes, Wauldby Dohne Merino, Arundel, Ross Farm and Southgate Dohne studs represented.
A big thank you to all the breeders and hosts for their warm hospitality, and to Langside Meats for their generosity.
